Thomas Rocca PT, DPT, SCS, is the Clinic Director at our West Chester location. With over six years of clinical experience, Tom is a residency-trained and board-certified sports physical therapist specializing in the evaluation, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport management of athletes of all levels.
His clinical interests include the treatment of overhead athletes and lower-extremity sports injuries, with advanced training and certifications focused on evidence-based rehabilitation. He also holds certifications in Graston Technique and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, allowing him to provide a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.
In addition to his clinical work, he participates yearly with adaptive sporting events and has experience providing on-field sports coverage and has built strong collaborative relationships with athletic trainers and healthcare professionals throughout the area to help optimize care and communication.
He is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love while building strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
Outside the clinic, Tom enjoys running, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and their three-legged dog, Jet.
