Dr. Mark Worrilow , PT, DPT / Co-Owner
Mark is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. He is originally from Wilmington, Delaware where he attended High School at the Charter School of Wilmington. He then attended Ursinus College and in 2010 received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Exercise & Physiology. While at Ursinus, Mark played rugby as well as defensive lineman for the Ursinus Bears football team where he was twice named All-Conference and selected to play for the 2009 NCAA DIII National Team.
Mark obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 from Drexel University. He has extensive specialty training in Sports & Physical Therapy having completed the nationally recognized clinical internship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Sports Medicine and Performance Center. Mark has participated in clinical research on the rehabilitation and management of concussions in youth sports. He is a certified practitioner in the use of Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training through Owens Recovery Science. Mark has worked with countless professional and recreational athletes during his professional career ranging in age from adolescents to older adults.
Mark is married and lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania. When he is not in the clinic or on the training turf, Mark enjoys spending his time with family, staying active playing sports, and chasing around his nieces and nephews. He is an avid fan of all things film and music. His life motto is “as iron sharpens, so one sharpens another.” He is excited to combine his passion for sports and rehabilitation to help grow a family-run business that is committed to providing the community with the highest degree of physical therapy care.
